We offer a unique 45-min fitness boxing based experience, including bag work, stregth and conditioning and cardio. We’re our coaches and trainers guide you every step of the way, even with modivation when you need it. Unlike other big triditional gyms our classes aren’t the same twice so your not in that boring same routine.

Not at all, our classes are for all levels of fitness, even if your out of shape or thinking if boxing is too intence for you, beginners are welcomed too.

Whether your daily life is busy our times for our fitness classes are flexible as we have three to two classes each day and a few on the weekened so you can find time that suits you best.

We provide the gloves, the wraps for your free class and the coaches to help you start working towards your goals, all you need to do is just show up.

Most of our coaches and trainers take take the time to guide you 1 on 1 during our classes, whether its for your form or with modivation when you need it. No matter if your a begginer or out of shape our coaches priotises every signle member.

Yes absolutly, We have a free class trail for anyone who wants to try us out before commiting, and no pressure at all in signing up after the class if your not satisfied in any way.
